Our wild Alaskan sockeye salmon fillets come in indivdual vacuum-sealed packages. They are flash frozen after being hand-filleted in Bristol Bay, Alaska and are never thawed and refroze during their entire duration to Minnesota. An individual full fillet comfortably provide 2-3 servings.
